My dstv got cut off in the middle of May and I have paid for a full month!!! So I got a new smart card and now it keeps on saying smart card marriage problem... I have smsed the error code twice and did the error code reset on the web 3 times and still nothing phoned call centre twice and put the phone down because I had to wait for almost an hour and there was still no answering... My dad borrowed me his drifta and also errors keep coming on and his dstv is up and running!!! I have not paid for June because i have been struggling just to get the smart card to work, now its already July and surely I am going to get asked to pay connection fees again...
