Shop needs to be cleaned ASAP!!!

It was my first time that I walked into the DSTV store at the Acropolis Mall in Phoenix to make a payment and it will be my last if that shop does not get cleaned. I am shocked of the condition of that store, how does the staff work in such an unhygienic store, the floor is riddled with little papers and what looks like bubble gum stuck to the floor which obviously means that the floor is not been cleaned regularly. There was a dead cockroach lying on the floor were customers were standing in a queue which looks like it was killed this morning, and not a small sized roach by any means! Yuk! And I had to stand there too. What a terrible first time experience. Something needs to be done about the cleanliness and hygiene of that shop, and could you please put up signage that informs customers who are paying via debit or credit card that there is a self help machine available, I stood in that long queue only to get to the teller who points me in the direction of the self help machine.

Please could someone in senior management look into this matter.
