Useless call center!

I am disgusted with the call center service. We had to change our smartcard to a new one, according to the message on the DSTV. When we inserted the new smartcard we had to sms the error code smartcard number, it didn't work, and you have to pay for each sms, we send 4. On the instructions that came with the card you have to send an sms "smartcard error code", but on the website it is stated "error code smartcard number. Which is it now? Now you have to phone the call centre and pay again for the call, where you wait 10 minutes before you can speak to an operator because the self service does't work. To change you smart card is free according to DSTV, but then you phone and sms so many times that at the end it is not free, and the service is pathetic. I am not sure anymore if DSTV is even worth having anymore if this is the service one receives.
