Yet another incorrect debit orde

I cancelled my debit order authorisation on the 28/3 (14;22) with Manini at the Top Tv call centre. she assured me that no further debit orders will be processed on my account. The reason for cancellation was that TOP TV did not adhere to the contact terms and Debitted my account on the incorrect date of the month. Later that afternoon 3:18, i received a call from a gentlemen responding to my hello peter complaint, yet again he confirmed that my debit order has been cancelled . and my account is now prepaid. well suprise suprise on the 2nd of April TOP TV debited my account for an amount of R692.98 . I never agrreed to this amount. TOP TV what is going ON?
