On the 31/03/2013 my DSTV service was disconnected and I called the Call Centre and Patrick told me that he was offline and I should send an sms to 37470 with the error code and the 10 digits of my smart card number. did that and waited and hour and there was no response I went to your website and got the correct number 32472 still did not get help. Patrick was rude and very impatient with me. The next day i went to Multichoice to swap the the smart card and to get my old decoder to be changed to for a new one since i believe that Technology changes and i since had it for 8 years. i was told that i cannot get a new because it was not broken I must stay it forever. the only time that they can swap the decoder is when its broken and the wouldn't still give me a new one but would swap it a refurbished decoder.so i asked if i have insurance or maintenance agreement because as far as i know i have insurance not maintenance agreement with you. I'm so disappointed at the kind of service i received, after I have been your loyal customer for 8 year and haven't defaulted on her account not even once. i even terminated all your service with immediate effect.
