STILL NOTHING HEARD FROM UNALLOCATED PAYMENTS

I have still no feedback on my unallocated payments from DSTV. I have emailed back and forth with Teboho Tomeng (teamleader) to get me the feedback and still nothing payment has been made Again and i still see that the amounts in the system have not yet been adjusted when will this be finalised as it has been close to 3 months now that my query has been active and NOT SOLVED
