MULTICHOICE ILLEGALLY DEBITING MY BANK ACCOUNT

Multichoice has been debiting my bank account with an amount of R622.27 without any consent regarding a DSTV Premium package that was cancelled last year. Upon calling the 083 900 3788 number, a Sakhile "informed" me that the account was never stopped- this is completely untrue as another consultant, who says he was the "trainer", by the name of Kanyile, then told me the account was stopped and it was then reactivated - how did they manage to do this, as a completely new and separate account was opened by someone else at the same address. Now I'm paying for something I don't have and don't want!!! This is appalling that Multichoice can so easily debit someones account and mix up accounts so easily. I had the complete inconvenience and irritation of being on the phone for almost an hour and all response I got was that someone will call me back in 7 days!! Kanyile did not want to give me an email address to which i could escalate my query. I managed to drag a name of a supposed supervisor out of him, her name is Nthabiseng Mokoena. I have received absolutely no joy in dealing with Multichoice and demand my money back that you have from me!
