On the 2nd of January 2014 my boyfriend and I wanted to go watch a movie. We tried booking online, but it was unsuccessful, we then called the call center to say that it was unsuccessful and they said we must go in to book the ticket at the cinema. We informed them that we used a clicks card and was assured that it would be fine at the cinema to use again.

About 2 or 3 hours later we were trying to book the ticket at the Woodlands Nu Metro (you couldn't book at the counter, had to stand in the concessions queue just to get a ticket), the clicks card didn't want to go through and we spent at least 15 minutes at the counter, feeling humiliated. The manager was very unhelpful. She just said we must pay the full price and that she can't do anything and then she left. We missed the start of the movie as a result. They also didn't have clip-on 3D glasses and the cinema's sound was so bad I could barely hear the characters when they spoke.

Overall it was a less enjoyable experience, leaving us feeling embarrassed and humiliated. I won't consider going to Nu Metro Woodlands again.
