We were all excited to watch the new Wolverine movie at Nu Metro - Waterfront, Bloemfontein this afternoon. We decided to make use of the Self Service kiosks to purchase our movie tickets. Two of the kiosks is out of order. We started making our booking by the third one only to discover that when we had to pay via eft the enter button on the card machine was broken off. Irritated we moved over to the last kiosk and made our booking. The card machine declined our transaction 3 times and we were forced to buy tickets at the counter. We waited about 10 minutes in line. The whole idea of the self service kiosks is to make your movie experience more pleasurable - be it to only pick up your tickets or to purchase. I requested to speak with the manager who was very unfriendly. I brought it under her attention that the kiosks are not working whereby she asked me with an attitude what my problem now exactly is. My problem is that there is no "out of order" sign on the kiosks and that you are wasting my time!!! You cannot advertise great service if it takes a lifetime to obtain a movie ticket. I will now only support Ster Kinekor - more convenient and much friendlier staff.
