Nu Metro Grandwest don't know Customer Service!

We visited Grandwest on Monday nightto go see the movie Now you see me, we arrived about 10 minutes before the movie started, parked the car and walked all the way in. When we got to the queue, there were 4 people ahead of us. It was already 19:45 and the movie started at 19:45. yes we were now late. There was 1 person behind the counter (Phelisa F - acc to the receipt) and another dude making popcorn (which seems to be his job description- seeing as he doesn't know to help customers). The manager (Porchia) was in the office, popped her head out for about 2 minutes. I asked her if there are any other tills open to buy tickets at, and she said no, only this one. These people were buying popcorn and drinks for their movie. It took 5 minutes to help one couple to buy their snacks! We then tried to use the self-help computer, which is useless in itself anyway! We then got back into the queue, still with 2 couples in front of us. Now I don't know if Phelisa was just in general slow using computers or what. Porchia & team couldn't care less about Customer service! We evenutally got to buy the ticket at 19:54 (acc to the receipt). This is not the first Grandwest has been a problem.
