On Friday night we went to Canal Walk Nu Metro what a 'bun fight' and total disregard for customers. Long queues to buy tickets approx. 500m with 2 staff behind the counter, long queues for cold drinks and popcorn. Self service machines 5 machines 2 working so once again long queues. No toilet paper in mens and ladies toilets... what a bad experience, thank goodness the movie was good.
This is a perfect example of abuse and couldn't care less about the customer experience..i wish the owners of Nu Metro could of seen this...
Will not be visiting Canal Walk again..totally different at V A Waterfront that's a pleasure.
