Listed by multi choice for no reason on ITC

I recently discovered that i been listed by multichoice, i dont owe multichoice any money infact i paid more into my account monthly. this is unlawful has really hit me hard as i was applying for a bond loan.i am extremely irritated by this by this . i called them, spoke to Nelly Mbuli who gave me a wrong email address to have my name removed from ITC, her supervisor Mpila Mathebe called me, advised i will receive a letter stating i am clear and gave me two reference number: 3277408 and ref : 127783053. i then spoke also to Palesa Mavuso who promised me the letter by tomorrow 29/03/2013. i was told on the phone by Nelly Mbuli that Multi choice accidentally sent through a spreadsheet to ITC of people who were up to date. what kind of company does that.if this issue is not sorted my next week friday i will file a lawsuit, i cant get a house or any credit due to multi choice's incompetent staff. their agents and supervisor keep making you hold for hours with no proper feedback. hopefully this lands on a competent person's ear at multichoice and proper action is taken.
