Paying 3rd Party companies for technical help

I have had an account with multichoice for 2 years now... I have recently started experiencing problems with my decoder, where it freezes and I have to reset it before I can continue watching my programmes... I then decided to contact the Call Centre and I was told that I have to get hold of a technician (3rd party) to have the issue resolved... I feel that it is unfair that we have to pay addidtional costs for technical help, where we are already paying almost R1000.00 per month for a service that we do not enjoy... Fees are increasing, but the service isnt?
