Cannot get hold of Multichoice via phone

After the error and inconvenience we had w.r.t your technical issues with the pvr we have done what was said to clear the blank screen. Since then our secondery decoder are not receiving the signal from the primary decoder. I've been trying to get hold of you for assistance but to no avail! The cell and landline nrs gives me the message: Contact not available. Unacceptable! Please resend the signal since I'm paying for a service I' m not receiving :-$
