Multichoice customer service is a big NO NO!!!

No attemp was made to resolve issue. Remote was tested and found to be working 100%. Decoder was replaced under the insurance due to another problem. The E30-4 message came up every second day and had to phone everytime asking for signal again. Now the decoder is hidden behind the wall unit and is working with a remote blaster and the auto shutdown has been deactivated. Now remote works and haven't seen a E30-4 message in over a week. THANK YOU multichoice FOR NO ASSISSTANCE OR PROPER CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL!!! In the meantime enjoy the money you collect from me every single month without any problems and not return with service.
