Elite Mobile & So Music: unauthorised debit orde

R49 per month was deducted from my account without authorisation. Elite Mobile was responsible for passing on my banking details to So Music as far as I can tell.

1) Would you trust either of these companies?
2) Could this be rather than a simple error of not understanding the difference between "yes" and "no"?
