Where's the Customer Service?

I get to the counter to order my popcorn and slush before my movie, only to be told that they are out of Medium popcorn - when I ask for a Medium popcorn in a larger box, I am told that this is not possible. Amazingly the attendant next to the rude one I was dealing with DID HAVE the medium boxes, and instead of my attendant going to fetch one for me, I was directed to get back in line and go to the other attendant. I asked to speak to the manager, who took her time getting back to the floor (where she should have been???), and even then my attendant refused to apologise and insisted that she was right...! I was almost late for my movie, and I have to say this did not start my experience of the movie well!

Further, I went to the same theatre a week or so later, and the seats I sat in were broken so I had to move a few times, and then I noticed that the seats in front of me were so dirty form shoes scuff marks etc - looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks!

What is going on with Ster Kinekor these days - are the customers no longer inportant to you?
