Firstly the cinema is offline so booking on the internet is not possible. Then I get to the cinema and their payment systems are offline too but you can't book at the cashier if you using a card! So how do you book movie tickets? Then the cinema is totally out of slush puppy and coke on a saturday afternoon and wants to charge us extra for swopping out a slush combo and replacing the drink with with a soft drink. Meanwhile the Manager is standing right behind the cashier and says nothing. The cleaners are sweeping the floor at the popcorn spicing area and nearly sweeps me off my feet and then has the nerve to shout at my kids because they in her way! I will never go to Ster Kinekor westgate again! The service is terrible!
