Hi! i am totally disappointed in ster kinekor tygervally. most of the times i go to tygervalley to watch movies as its near to me but i've reached a point where i no longer want to support them because all the times i have been there the ticket lines are long with only one person in charge of ticket sales & the same goes for the refreshment section & the popcorn flavourings are hardly ever filled. but the worst was when we decided to go watch rise of the guardians the mobi site showed a 2D version playing at 7;30pm but when we got to tygervalley they told us they had no such version playing so we had to watch the 3D one at 5:30pm. then we went to buy refreshments we ordered medium popcorn & coke combos. the guy we went to kept insisting we upsize our order the more we told him no the more he insisted when he finally admitted he did not have medium size popcorn boxes which he made no effort to go & check if someone else maybe had or if there were any in the stock room. despite not wanting to buy the upsize we had to because we were already late for our movie thanx to this guy & the mobi site. i really hope things improve soon, would hate to stop going there.
