The chair has been broken since Saturday

I booked two seats online for the 20H00 show on the morning of the 6/05/2013. When we arrived at the cine the seat which was broken off had been replaced with an old office chair. When I brought this to the attention of the attendant and manager it was broken since Saturday but the seat was still being sold on Monday. I light of this the ticket collector should have stopped me and apologized for the seat and offered me alternative. The only options I was given move seats or return of money. Why can we book seats if in this case we have to move. If i too the return of money I would have to leave because I was not allowed to watch the movie. Also there were no medium size cups for coke, just the 975ml or the one bigger and only large popcorn (which felt like jumbo) and the popcorn was stale. This came to R85 plus the two tickets of R90. Its as if take it or leave it.
