Excellent Service - Customer feel like king

At Ster Kinekor Tygervalley I booked movie ticket for movielast week.

Bought popcorn and cooldink, but getting to stand to put salt on there was not everyones favourite cheese and chives salt. Ladies in area behind cleaaning confirmed if there was none it is out of stock. Went back to counter and asked to refund R50 odd for soda and popcorn as this is the main reason for still going to the movies. The Lady Manager was called who confirmed she took out 4kg the previous vening and will follow up, but did do refund in mean time as my movie ws starting. I just went to sit and to my surprise the same manager lady came in with popcorn and cooldrink with a cheeseand chive salt container confiming she located it. Other patrons even used it as it was their favourite too.

I was overwhelmed by this gesture and afterword watched three more movies there and of course popcorn and cooldrink at all of them. she helped to ensure this stay an experienceaand not just a movie. Lets call it a show to watch a movie at Ster Kinekor Tygervalley.
