Birthday specials out of stock immediatley

I see there are few complaints about this already so I will add mine and see what Game does.
I got the birthday specials ad and decided to buy some of the items off the list. This would be about a R20k spend. I went to Game Pavilion and was told the items were out of stock??? I asked how many they had to begin with. For the printer they had 5 before the sale. How awesome is Game?
That is like having a birthday party for 50 and only providing cake for 20.
The other items had even less stock when the sale went on. I called all the Games around. Some didn't even have stock before the sale and also had very angry customers.
I was then told to go to customer service and get a note to say that when it comes into stock I get that price. Customer service line was 8 people long! Since some of us work for a living I could not wait the 45 minutes.
Thanks Game! Bring on Walmart
