Car Alarm Remote Blocking in the Parking Lot

After a great Birthday party we returned to the car only to find that various items had been out of our car. We had fallen prey to "remote blocking". We took the time to notify Acro Branch on Monday morning, having no liability to us, we were simply concerned that they should manage the situation in the best interest of their business and their patrons. Much to our suprise they simple were not interested. Makes you think??
