I was looking for an out door activity to do, I stumbled apron acro branch which I was excited about as I have done a similar activity in the U.K. I was utterly disgusted at the service levels that the employees at acro branch delivery, they were rude, not interested and were very unhelpful.

It was not just the service and attitude of the employees but the toilet facilities were absolutely shocking!!! Do we not have health and safety officers??

To say the least I did not feel safe at all when I was on the course as it felt like every obstacle was about to break!

Very disappointed and I hope that you will do something about this as I have spoken to others about this and they agree.
