VERY BAD SERVICE

I took my Ford Focus to Leon's motors in Rustenburg for repairs on non-function remote control and locked boot last year Mid-November. They gave me a quote of R1600 for fixing some loose wire and R900 for a new boot-lock and a boot-switch. When I went there to collect my car they told me they couldn't find the problem and I must pay them labour and parts beforeI take the car because they don't have a curtesy car which I did pay.

I took the car there the following week and they stay with it for 4 days. They called me informing me that my car is fine I can come and collect it for extra amount of R1700 for the repairs they done on the module. When I got there they said the car is still in the wash bay I must pay while I wait for it.

When they brought my car in the front to my surprise the remote still was not working, they said the remote is faulty they have to order a new remote for me and will get my car in two days. When I got there after two days they said the remote is okay its the module that is permanently faulty they can order one for me for R6000 or I can buy a second hand one which I did. Still my car remote does not work!

I've already spent R6700-00 on these guys
