My husband called multichoice on the 23rd June to change the banking details on his debit and he spoke to Lufono who advised him that.it was too late for the debit to go through on Tuesday but what can be done is that the will double debit on the 25th July. To our surprise we woke up and our account was suspended we called the call centre on 012422 2222 and he spoke to a call centre agent whom he didn't get his name who said it was not possible for them to double debit on the 25th July and that he had to do a manual transaction and our surprise is. Why did Lefuno say they were gonna double debit and here this one is saying its not possible. We then spoke to Lebo who also said that it was not possible they would only recoonect us for only 3days but we would have to make a payment and then the line disconnected. He called again and now spoke to a supervisor by the name of Lerato who now said the was no way they could reconnect us without a paymeny even if it was for 3days like Lebo had said. I'm writing this as a very angry client we spent hours on the phone this morning with dstv trying to rectify a mistake that one of your agent made. Why should we be punished for you guys employin
