How many pensioners are being done in

I am doing this on behalf of my retired parents. They celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary on the 27th of Feb 2013. They made a booking at the Cit Cabanas and paid the deposit. My father was hospitalised 26 Feb and my mother immediately notified City Cabanas hereof and asked for a refund as they will not be able to come anymore. She even went as far as to obtain documents proving his admission to hospital. She also obtained a letter from the doctor - all of which was sent to your email with no confirmation. Is this the way you do business? To just take the money of old people and even in the event of sickness the money is not refunded. WITH PROOF OF MY FATHER BEING IN HOSPITAL. This is digusting. And I would assume that this is one of the many reasons why the owner of your organisation is so filthy rich. Working for a big corporate we were planning of having our annual conference at your institution - but as a result of this ' from old people' I have notified my directors and this will NOT be happening. I am disgusted that this is how you treat old retired pensioners. You should be ashamed of yourself.
