My retired parents wanted to hire a cottage from Jax place in Edenvale and due to ill health could not go through with moving in after paying a deposit, they refused to give back any money and whined on about 'breach of contract' etc etc, for heaven sakes!!! my mother was 74 years old and my father 78 years old, the least they could have done was take off 10% for admin purposes or whatever, but no lets take from the aged who earn a measly pension, my father was exremely ill and this incident did not help his condition at all, R 4000 is a lot of money to pensioners, and that is why Jax place flourishes because they from pensioners..i travel extensively and wherever i go i make sure that Jax place gets adverse publicity believe me.
