Disgusting service and incompetent staff

A call centre agent called ny retired father and offered him a cellphone at a cheap affordable price and to him by telling him that the phone had GPS (Nokia ASHA), to my father suprise the phone had no GPS, he called the call center and notified them of the issue and told them that he does not want the phone anymore and they advised that somebody would come and pick it up and yes after two days somebody did come and pick up the phone and he said that a new phone would be delivered.

it has been more than 5months now that my father has been paying for a phone he does not have, he has called the center again to cancel the contract and all the cosultant's advise that they cant help hi, he even went to the cell c branch in vall mall to have more clarity on the issue and the lady advised that he would not be refunded.

this is disgusting service as he is an old man who needs all the money he can get as he is on pension,
i demand that this be resolved urgently and that a refund be expedited to my father as a matter of urgency and for the contract to be cancelled
