Shocking service / incorrect account balance

We went to pay our account up to date, our service was suspended because of FNB, my husband was at multichoice 3 times in one day to get the account sorted and paid to get reconnected. The woman at the counter Thando - gave him the amount outstanding which he paid with his card. only after he swiped his card she told him there was an additional amount of R214 rand pro rata outstanding, for which he had to swipe his card again as was rather annoyed. Both Thando and the gentlement int he booth next to her confirmed that we not had a 0 balance and payable on the 1st of the January would be an amount of R695 and would be reconnected when we arrived home. We were not reconnected and had to call the multichoice help desk 3 times to get the decoder reactivited. 2 weeks later we received an sms for an amount of R911 outstanding. Again we called and they insisted this was oustanding and we needed to go into the branch which my husband did the following day just to get told that Thando was wrong and they not willing to assist - we must pay. My husband was asked to leave multichoice. This incident will be mentioned in the newspaper and social media sites. Absolutely appalling.
