Maslow on Grayston - Hierachy of Junk

I visited the Maslow after eagerly awaiting the new renovation.
I went through to Lacuna bistro (big big billboard that sells it's exceptional food)
This billboard as well as the "shine and glitz" of the Maslow is just one big to consumers.
I went in for lunch and the service was appalling, the food was terrible - stale prawns, ill-prepared steak, potato wedges were still raw. It was a terrible experience despite the pleasant garden surrounding.
Staff did not know what to do and service wasn't up to scratch.
I wouldn't have a problem with anything if it were pub grub at a reasonable price, however, it is unacceptable to pay Maslow prices without the Maslow experience.
It was incredibly dissappointing and I have no intention of ever eating at Lacuna Bistro.
