I booked for a 5 day Chauffeur drive with Johannesburg Taxis and the call centre consultant by the name of Memory was professional and took down my details and within minutes i received an sms confirmation of my booking and that the driver will be collecting me from the Maslow Hotel in Sandton. On the day, she called about 5 mins after the driver had picked me up to check if all was in order and in the evening I got an inbox checking how the day went. This happened for all the 5 days. I recommended her to their Team Leader who assured me they'll reward her. Its an unusual call centre experience.
