Illegal Debit Orders

I have a problem where I stopped my debit order at the bank but have been informed that the debit order works of an amount and not the company. I do not want a debit order with Multichoice and had the full package for the month of December clerly instructing them to cancel on a certain date. This was not done and then the entire debit order for R600 went off again whereas I did not agree to this. This is and Multichoice do not refund.
