Extra View not set up

On the 01st of February 2013, i called the call centre to set up my extra view. We even came into the randburg offices to do this. The customer service agent advised me that when i get home i need to call the call centre and activate it.

When i did that, i had a picture on the extra view and the call centre agent that assisted me said all is fine and that is all that needs to be done.

When our debit order went through this month it went through for two single bouquets. HOW CAN THAT BE!!!
I would like a refund on this as this is not what should have been debited.

It was not for me to close that call (as the agent mentioned on Saturday when i queried that). It was for the agent to ensure that all fields where ticked and done on your side.
