They charge me for an extra package

Since I went over to PVR with extra view in March I am having trouble with them. I called several times (every month untill now) every time they tell me they see the problem and will fix it and give me a refund on my account but a month later the same problem is still on my statement and no refund has been given yet. Last month I went to our local Multichoice offive in Rustenburg which installed everything and activated it they just told me they cant do anything about it, only the call centre can help me. They assist me but they dont fix the problem and in the meantime I have to pay a huge amount! They put off the extra package then my extra view did not work so I had to call again t get that back on. Now on 1 decoder the amount payable is R702 before the 1st October, and on the other decoder its R880 payable before the 25th Sept. I tried to extend from 25th of the month to 1st of each month because we only get paid on the 27th of each month. I attach 3 months payments before that I paid R1300 as well but I am always behind. My normal amound due should be only R625 plus R70 for extra view and thats all! Please assist me in this matter because I dont know who else to turn to. Regard
