Hello, I just called mulitichoice call center questioning an amount that I'm being told is due for me to pay. On the 30 January I called the call centre to ask them to upgrade my package full bouquet with pvr call ref 120301672, and to have this switched of on the 31st, the next day completely as I was leaving town and would not be viewing it. I asked the consultant how much will I then have to pay, I was told R250 - then all was good, I called again on the 2nd of February asking why I still had dstv, the person who I spoke with then cut it off. I made a payment of the R250 on the 25th February but I have an amount now due because someone didn't do they job to cut the service as I had requested I had to remind them too on the 2nd to cut it. I have now called gain and was told its unfortunate that it was not cut call ref122444262 by Naledi, I asked for a manager was told I have to make an appointment at the branch by Sheelboi a supervisor. The lady says I have to because it was on even tho I requested to be cut, it doesn't matter that I didn't watch it. Can a manager please call me or should I drive to a branch, what's the use of a call centre if problems are nelly resolved at branc
