I phoned the call centre to activate my dstv, after waiting 22 for the phone to be answered, the lady I spoke to clearly didn't know what she was doing. I wanted to change my easy view package to a full package. She could not assist because their system did not show my decoder, I was busy watching channel 140.???
I told her why is it that the service levels are so pathetic, a simple request that could not be done. I asked her to call me back because I am calling from my cellphone and she just said no. She then cut me off and deactivated my dstv completely, now I cannot watch tv at all.
DSTV needs to improve their service levels and educate the call centre on how to deal with customers on all levels.
