I resent not having clear banking details on your website... duh don't you know that you have more than one bank listing at ABSA... I resent being kept on the phone forever... listening to rubbish. You took sooooo long to answer my call I ran out of airtime while telling the supervisor the problem... then Palesa,
she didn't even have the decency to call back after I spent about 20 minutes holding on to finally speak to someone... Apparently you must get a kick back from or own vast shares in cellphone companies... You really cant be so stupid that it has not occurred to anyone there that is a GLARING flaw in your system. You service and your staff are awful! Andile was the only one who was helpful after this catastrophe .. Palesa you! You need to take a class in customer service before you work in customer service!
