Called to complain about the second device I received breaking and asked for a restructure in package (BB and restructure not possible). Eventually got told that the repair centre can collect my device and got transferred to a closed service centre!!! Called back to speak to a supervisor and complain and Palesa left me holding for 5 minutes then cut the call!!! Called in again and Palesa done exactly the same thing after telling me she'll get a supervisor!!! This clearly shows that the recorded calls are not being screened and staff do not take their jobs seriously, yet we pay hefty bills for this service. Really not happy, Im porting to Vodacom!!!
