Channels have disappeared

I am a Compact subscriber and this week i received a message that i will have a full bouquet this weekend... compliments of dstv. but shockingly, most of my channels have just disappeared. e.g. the SABC channels are gone, channel 403 etv is gone, african movies are gone. i do understand that Multichoice meant well by the offer to give us a full bouquet this weekend, but words are not enough to explain the damage caused by taking away my channels
