Multichoice
Wrong Picture Size

Since DSTV updated their software, we have to change the size of our DSTV picture every time we change TV channels. I have taken my decoder to Multichoice and your call centre has tried to correct the problem by phone a number of times but we still have the same problem. Please can somebody help.
