I am a 72 year old pensioner, my DSTV account of R720.00 was paid on the Friday the 29th at 9AM by the same EFT way for years. On Sunday 1st December I was cut off. Phoned early Sunday morning and was told they couldn't allocate payment. Faxed Payment confirmation 2X, phone another 3X, e-mailed them and still no response. After phoning again this afternoon and waiting for over 15 minutes I was told that they DID eventually allocate my payment but I have to pay the R50 reconnection fee. So I ask SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE at Multichoice who's going to pay for ALL my phone calls, Faxes and E-mail for something they could not allocate in the 1st place???
