We went to the cinema on Sunday to watch Fast and Furious 6. We stood at the ticket counter where the queue was 5 people long due to no one being at the ticket desk for ticket purchases. When we wanted to make a complaint, the lady at the popcorn desk told us that tickets must be purchased by her. Could she not see us all standing in the line at the ticket desk?!?

We got our tickets and went to wait for everyone as we were a party of 10. Movie was scheduled to start at 17h40. At 17h15 we went inside to buy popcorn, only to find that the queue at the popcorn was out the door. We stood there, not moving, till 17h35 at which point we decided to just go in as we would miss the movie. Please note we were a group of 10, none of us bought refreshments, you can work out for yourself the amount of money you are losing.

The lack of service was disgraceful for a company of such stature. To wait in such long queues and get no service whatsoever is pathetic.
