I contacted the Multichoice | Dstv call Centre on the 29th of January to enquire about a debit order for a box office rental which incorrectly went of my old bank account, it was returned resulting in a listing on my account by the bank for a returned debit order, a charge for the "unpaid" item and a sms to state that I to resolve this. On my call on this day (29th) the consultant 'Matlala Mohodi' was quite helpful and said that she would sort this out as this was an error because my bank account details were changed as my normal monthly instalment went of correctly. I queried numerous times (have email trails to prove) the status to rectify this error, plus reimburse the incorrect charge. On the 4th of Feb she advised that this was escalated and payment should be sorted soon. I called the call centre again last week and spoke to a different agent which stated he spoke to his manager to escalate this and ensure Matlala or somebody contact me back to advise on the final outcome by the end of last week.

GUESS WHAT!!! Today is the 26th of February; my normal monthly instalment went off - diligent as always, but no reimbursement or apology - just IGNORING ME! WHAT NOW - TOP TV???
