Extra view

My extra view is not working, despite calls to the call centre we are no nearer to a solution
The operators at the call center have try to help but to no avail
Extra view operated normal until the 9 th of July, thereafter just disappeared, according to the call center there was a delay in the signal which should be restored in 20 min.this is now 48 hours later, despite that we have reset all the decodes more than once
Please have our service restored, no onscreen messages or fault codes
