Les Miserables - what a misrable experience!

My husband and I went to see Les Miserables tonight on 5 Feb 2013. We booked for the 17:30 show, Cine 1, seats C9 C10. When the movie started I immediately heard that the sound was totally wrong. No sound in the back of the theatre - only from the front speakers. I went outside and enquired with a staff member about it who immediately went to the projector room to "fix it". After about 10 min the sound did not improve at all. At some points the music was even destorted. Again I went out and asked for the manager on duty. A lady identified herself as the manager on duty. Again I explained to her the problem. She then assured me that the quality of the sound was perfect! That the movie was shot this way and that the sound music was suppose to be like that. I tried to explain to her that it could not be! That a multi-million dollar Golden Globe winning movie's sound can not sound like that! But again she just said that's how it should be. I was absolutely flabbergasted! To NOT spoil my precious long planned evening with my husband I went back inside and sat - extremely frustrated - through the whole movie. I complained on 6 & 12 Feb to Botsane Phetla via e-mail. NO response yet!
