Bad 3D Picture Quality & soft speaker sound

We go to the movies at least 3 times per month, and spend a significant amount of money on movie tickets, popcorn, etc. The past weekend we went (again unfortunately) to the closest Kinnie's, Centurion mall. When half of the movie previews started, (other half was gone, it was already past the movie start time) the sound was soft (the theatre brags of digital sound whoo-hoooo!). I stood up and asked a very hard working/chatting employee to please up the sound volume in cine 2.Then real disaster strikes when the 3 D movie started. The picture blurred, looks like if your watching it through a glass bottle with water. I stood up again, complained to another "eish-making" sound person, but nothing was done to rectify the problem. Halfway through the movie we felt dizzy and sea-sick-feeling. All this while spending almost R200 on an relaxing-to-be evening out! What is wrong with the people there? Not Trained? Half brain dead maybe? Ignorant? incompetent? or is the Ster Kinekor equipment all broken? The previous week, Kine 4, my seat was missing a cup holder! Broken off, etc. Jipeeeee! I had to sit with my drink on my lap the entire movie and try to balance the popcorn carton. Any feedback??
