Distorted sound and blury picture

I took my wife for a movie last night and booked double seats to watch Hangover3 at Ster-Kinekor Kolonade, i honestly regret paying R116.00, It really could have been better if i were to watch the movie at home rather. My cellphone sounded better than the sound in that cinema. Distorting sound and blury picture. with the experience i had last night i do not think i will ever find myself in one of the ster-kinekor cinemas.
