Incompetent attendants and no managers to assist

I just bought tickets for The Hobbit and the attendant printed tickets for another movie. He then tried to call the manager and was unable to reach this person. He then said that I should come watch the film at 8pm to it using the incorrect tickets that he printed. This is not the first time that this has happened and all because the self service booking machines don't accept credit or debit cards!
