I have collected the tickets the same night.
The reason I collected it because look how long it took you guys to get back to me. When the manager told me that they can't refund me but give me complimentary tickets, I accepted. This is very bad customer service and I will put this on Facebook and Hello Peter. On that night of the booking the manager on duty at Nu metro Grand west could of just given us seats at that cinema and liaised with your V&A branch to get the tickets instead I as a valued customer was inconvenienced by driving all the from Mitchel's plain to Grand West and then back home and then back to V&A.Now for a company with such a good reputation as I always enjoy going to nu metro will lose me as a client and a few other through word of mouth. This is what is going to happen the document attached to this email are the tickets that were given to me on the 25/05/2013 and you guys decided to give me feedback on the 06/06/2013.Now these tickets will be returned to the branch that issued the tickets to me and I expect the amount of R106 to be refunded to me.
